Classic Heron II

A much better effort at a heron shot this guy was quite patient with me.

@Betty: Thanks Betty - as always with the big birds (the small ones don't seem as skittish) patience is a virtue it took me at least 15 minutes to slowly work into the position I wanted to be for this one after almost riding by him on my bike...

@Earnest: Here neither - I've been trying since April to get a good shot nd this one finally happened a couple of weeks back. Maybe a new longer lens for Christmas if Santa is kind...
