Kylie Greenan from Richmond, AustraliaStunning light and compositon, a really beautiful image Bill. 7 Sep 2008 10:27am @Kylie Greenan: thanks Kylie Observing from West Cheshire, United KingdomIt's a really nice shot, I love to walk in the forest, and I agree getting the balance of light correct can be tricky. But this is nice..! 7 Sep 2008 9:05pm @Observing: thanks a couple of hot spots that I managed to contorl a bit better this time - I'm a learning ;-) GJC from Kyoto, JapanThis is nice, though the colors in yesterday's were a little more vibrant. A tripod would be helpful in these dark circumstances, as you note. Did you use any filter here? At least a polarizer might be a good way to bring some vitality to the greens. Just a thought. 9 Sep 2008 8:58am @GJC: I think... I had removed the polarized filter at this point because I needed the f-stops to get the light I needed to go hand held I might try some different post processing to see what comes of it. |
