Forest trail again lighting was a challenge - needed a tripod for longer exposure...

It's a really nice shot, I love to walk in the forest, and I agree getting the balance of light correct can be tricky. But this is nice..!

@Observing: thanks a couple of hot spots that I managed to contorl a bit better this time - I'm a learning ;-)

This is nice, though the colors in yesterday's were a little more vibrant. A tripod would be helpful in these dark circumstances, as you note. Did you use any filter here? At least a polarizer might be a good way to bring some vitality to the greens. Just a thought.

@GJC: I think... I had removed the polarized filter at this point because I needed the f-stops to get the light I needed to go hand held I might try some different post processing to see what comes of it.
