It's just like our Red's... I thought you might of had the American Gray breed ? Lovely close-up Bill.

@Observing: We have both, blacks as well and some strange mixtures thrown in ... I believe our reds are your reds they are an imported species..
@Marie: thanks Marie - this was probably the most contented one I found the rest were pretty skittish
@zOOm: preparing for winter and quasi-hibernation so they eat, eat, eat but definitely cute
